What exactly do I acquire?

You acquire shares in Residencial MálagaRio S.L., which is the developer of the project and owner of the leased property, thus becoming a full partner thereof. 

Will I have to pay expenses or taxes?

The acquisition of company shares is free of expenses and taxes, unlike the direct acquisition of real estate.

Not does their sale accrue taxes, except on the profit you obtain (income tax [IRPF] for individuals).

What is the investment process like?

It is 100% digital through an e-mail signature system approved by the Bank of Spain and the FNMT. You can complete the process with only 3 "clicks"

The transfer to the account designated by the company can be made in the following three business days.

What can I do in the future?

A. Sell your shares to a third party or another partner, at any time or within 2.5 years, based on the Zertum Commitment. 

B. Keep them for as long as you wish as part of your personal or family assets, enjoying the recurring profitability of the property. 

How will I know how much my investment is worth?

At least every two years, the partners will be provided with an appraisal of the property and of the company shares issued by an independent appraisal company of recognized prestige approved by the Bank of Spain

What does Zertum do?

Zertum invests with you, maintaining at least 25% of the capital at all times, with the same rights and obligations as the other partners. 

In addition, Zertum provides comprehensive management services for the project and the property in accordance with the provisions of the management contract

How are decisions made?

The Partners Agreement establishes specific rules for the company that bind all partners equally. 

The General Meeting of Partners is the highest decision-making body. It meets at least once a year, and its decisions are taken democratically among all members. 

What information will I have?

Quarterly, you will receive a detailed management report to find out how your investment is evolving.
